Living Values V20 is carried by an ecosystem of people, organisations nd partners who each play a distinct role in advancing the mission. Our theory of change (how we drive impact) is grounded in collaboration and impartiality. Guided by the African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together,” we believe that sustainable transformation is achieved through collective effort.
At the centre of our ecosystem is the Engine Room, which coordinates the work and turns strategy into action. It is supported by the Board and Advisory Council, the Catalyst Group and Researchers, who provide governance, strategic guidance, collaboration, evidence and thought leadership.
Our wider ecosystem includes the Living Values Collective, made up of organisations committed to embedding values across their institutions and networks; Living Values Partners, who collaborate with us to drive change across sectors and issue areas; and Living Values Supporters, who help sustain and resource the work.
Through this ecosystem, we make values visible, raise awareness of values, support their embodiment, and embed them institutionally, contributing to a more values-conscious and values-led society.
